We founded Kindle & Char Boutique with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. All of our items are made to order.

 

Please take note that handmade orders take 2 to 7 business days to be completed, before shipping. Contact us if you need a rush order, as a rush fee will apply.

 

For any items requesting personalization, please double check for correct spelling of names, as each item will be made based on the information you provide at checkout.

 

We also offer custom orders. We will work with you to make your ideas come to life. Design and change fees may apply. Contact us to learn more!

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges will only be accepted for defects in workmanship. Photos of any defects or damage may be requested and all returns or exchanges need to be arranged before being processed. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
